Miley’s new boyfriend

Now here’s a story designed to make anyone over the age of 25 feel like a wheezing old duffer. But in the interests of serious investigative journalism, we shall press on nonetheless: Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has found herself a new man!
The 16-year-old seems to be trying to give dad Billy Ray a heart attack, though, having found another boyfriend who’s more than a few years older than her. After ditching 21-year-old Justin Gaston, Miley is apparently seeing Brit Steve Rushton, 22, former bassist in now defunct rockers Son of Dork.
As all devoted fans of the Hannah Montana movie will remember, Steve played lead guitar in Miley’s band in the film – and it was on set that the romance blossomed.
“Steve relocated to the US after signing his deal with Disney,” said a source. “Miley couldn’t wait for him to move. He first met her on the set of the Hannah Montana film after he was asked to play lead guitar for her band.”
“They hit it off straight away. When they have been apart they have been spending hours instant messaging each other. She is still young but she is smitten with him. They are very much in love.”
Already? Blimey. Added the source: “Justin never got on with Steve. He was put out by Steve’s fantastic relationship with Miley’s dad.”
Poor Justin. We hope his achy breaky heart can handle it…
